What is the turnaround time for tasks?

The turnaround time will vary depending on the task requested but will be agreed upon before the task has been started.

How do I submit a task?

You can submit a task through chat or through email. Clients that require GrabSome or More support can create their own tickets using our project management tool.

How long is the support contract?

The support contract is for 12 months and is paid in full at the beginning of each year. If you enter into a contract in April, you only be charged from April to December. Then in January of the following year, you will need to purchase a 12 month contract for GrabSome or GrabMore. 

Can I buy more hours?

Yes, you can buy more hours if you run out. This will involve ending the existing contract and entering another. You can also upgrade from GrabSome to GrabMore mid-contract. 

How is this managed?

Each client that is signed up for GrabSome or More will be provided a direct link to our project management tool, Monday.com, you will be able to see the progress and time associated with each individual item.

Are the package levels flexible?

Yes, if you are a client that spends more than €10,000 a year with us we can work something out. And, on the flip side, the same can apply if you are a client on a lower support band. It's best that you arrange a call to discuss a package that best suits your business needs.
